I come to you as a recovered sugar-addict.

 

Just like you, I have had my fill of multiple, unsuccessful and unsustainable diets. I've been at the mercy of my cravings, and my fluctuating energy and motivation levels ever since I hit high school. I've waddled my way through the mass of misguided information, oversimplification and downright misleading resources out there, until a few years ago.

 

My search to break the sugar-shackles, have lead me to various low-carb blogs, and although the science made sense to me and was working for thousands of others; it wasn't until I started working with a coach myself - working through my own limiting beliefs, implementing what I was learning, and overcoming the obstacles that I was facing - that I started seeing (and feeling!) dramatic results. 

I believe effortless health can be yours. 

 

Why count calories and follow an one-size-fits-all meal/exercise plan, when you can start to learn what your body needs, in order to become a slim, fit, happy, healthy, productive human being? Your genes, your body, is craving this as much as you do.
